    今天Janice和我討論了許多我疑惑的點,並詳細的說明 1.一開始沒有很懂我和事件之間連結關係,以前安排太多事情導致忽略原本想要做的事情,而產生不恰當的循環,這次會注意自己的想法,利用簡單方式進行,然後適當調整(或紀錄),同時針對自己工作上充實,用假日高品質的琢磨練習,平日搭配複習方式,讓事情更容易執行。 2.之前都著重於學習,把自己時間榨乾,安排太滿,忽略了well-being 的不同面向的事情,現在學習用不同角度,多給自己娛樂或是真正放鬆及緩衝的時間,有動態性的調整自己狀態。 3.目前重新思考使命感,先放開以前的偏見和過去經驗,想想真正傳承上的價值和意義,回想當初教導不同領域的想法,希望可以找到一些小線索 自己也有過度想太多問題,現在要開始學讓自己過簡單點。 自己也有慢慢豁然開朗的過程了~很謝謝Janice。
